Preserve me not

My allergy incident has made me think a bit about preservatives. I'm probably not allergic to any preservatives, but I do occasionally think about the fact that I do fill up my body with a lot of junk. I have heard that people are taking longer to decompose these days because of all the preservatives that have built up in their body! Not sure if that's true, though.

I wonder if I could reduce preservatives in my diet and eat more non-processed food like fruit and vegetables, and all that good stuff. It might do my skin a bit of good, at least. Any thoughts, anyone? Do any of you try to live without preservatives and processed food?

Cream of the creams

I have re-discovered a wonderful product: Amolin. It helped nappy rash when I was a baby, and now it helps all sorts of things, I've discovered! I was having problems with really dry itchy skin on my eyelids. After trying a couple of expensive eye-creams ($15 is totally beyond my limit), I found the solution in good old Amolin (probably the exact same tube we used so many years before). It's also good for dry lips, otherwise dry skin, and anything that's itchy, cracked, sore, or whatever.

It so seems like some scamming spammer has hacked my blog, but it's not the case, I promise! Lol... Go Amolin.

Don't leave me out: Brussels Sprout

This is an ode to the humble Brussels Sprout. Why do people despise you so? You are tasty in your own little way, and you promote good digestive health. If you are steamed, you provide a warm winter treat, and yet there is so much more we can do with you.

Some people prefer beans, others peas, but I will always treasure you, my dear green friend. I want to dwell with you my whole life in the vegetable stand of healthiness.
