On Saturday I went shopping at the new Direct Factory Outlets at Essendon Airport. It was a good day, I didn't spend much, only $AU13.80 (some people spent hundreds!). That was for a pair of shorts at $10.00, a bucket of chips at $2.70, and a packet of Mentos at $1.10.

It was doubly worth going because on the way home my bus ticket got drawn out in a raffle and I won a hamper full of nice towels, and bath stuff. Bonus!
